What is covered?

All products purchased from either eltgreenroofs.com or eltlivingwalls.com are covered by our Return Policy.

Your returned product is eligible for a refund for 30 days after your order or ship date. Most orders ship on the same day as ordered. After 30 days, please e-mail us for further assistance.

 

About Shipping Damage & Order Errors:

The best method of returning packages that appear to have been damaged during shipment or were ordered by mistake is to simply refuse delivery from the carrier. The carrier will bring these back to our warehouse and as soon as we receive them, all charges to your credit card will be credited. We will send you an e-mail to acknowledge receipt and posting of the credit providing you have registered your e-mail address.

 

What is Not Covered?

Products purchased at stores other than eltgreenroofs.com or eltlivingwalls.com are not considered ELT Easy Green Retail Returns.

How to Return:

Simply call us toll free at 1-866-306-7773 for your Return Authorization Number.

Conditions:

All products require a Return Authorization Number that can be obtained by calling 1-866-306-7773. All refunds are based on actual purchase price less any promotions and rebate amounts. Refunds will be given only for products that are received in new condition and complete with all packing material, manuals and accessories in their original carton. You are responsible for return shipping charges unless you have refused delivery. Restocking and return shortage fees apply to product returns. All return fees are applied as a reduction to the refund amount. The terms and conditions of the ELT Easy Green returns policy are subject to change without notice.
